 SHALA GAGLIARDI for Morris County Clerk

Shala Gagliardi is a resident of Chatham Township. She is running for Morris County Clerk to bring fairness, equality, and bipartisanship to the Morris County election process. Shala was born in New York and raised in Livingston, NJ. She attended the University of Southern California, where she received her B.A. in International Relations. She went on to receive her JD from Whittier Law School. Shala found her passion working in immigration law and working with different immigrant communities. Shala believes in upholding our institutions and that everyone should be treated fairly under the law.

MARY DOUGHERTY for Morris County Freeholder

Mary Dougherty is a Real Estate Agent with Team Dougherty and a resident of Morristown. She has served as Vice President of Sales for a Relocation Management Company for the North East Region, where she succeeded in designing appropriate policies and services for medium to large sized organizations. She co-founded the Morristown Women in Business Networking Committee, and is a board member for Morris County School of Technology. Mary will bring a wealth of experiences from throughout the county to the Freeholder board.

RICHARD CORCORAN for Morris County Freeholder

Richard Corcoran has been a resident of Boonton since 2009. He works for O’Connor Davies, LP a large regional accounting firm as a Senior Manager in the Litigation and Forensic Department. He is a graduate of Monmouth University and is a licensed CPA, holding additional accreditation in business valuation. With his financial experience, if elected, Richard will work to ensure that every penny of your tax dollars is spent wisely and responsibly.

RUPANDE MEHTA for Morris County Freeholder

Rupande Mehta was born in India and came to the US in 2002, after earning a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Mumbai. She then earned an MBA in Economics and Finance from Clarion University in Pennsylvania and a masters in public administration from Rutgers University. Since then she has worked for over a decade as a market researcher/ competitive intelligence professional. Rupande moved to Denville with her husband and daughter in 2014. Rupande has lived in the US for most of her adult life. She became a naturalized citizen in 2017, and immediately began working to give back to her community.
